TERMS OF SERVICE

Acceptance of Terms of Service: Use of the hosting services provided by Mr sl1d3r HOSTING implies acceptance of the following terms of service.

Changes to Terms of Service: The site owner reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time without notice. The user is responsible for periodically checking their content for any changes. A notification about updates to this effect will be sent to the email indicated by the user during registration.

Hosting Service: Mr sl1d3r HOSTING offers a hosting service that allows customers to host their game server on our servers.

Lawful Use: Use of our hosting service is permitted for lawful purposes only. Illegal, defamatory, pornographic, offensive or copyright infringing content is not allowed.

Payment: There is a charge for our hosting services. Customers must make payment prior to service activation.

Cancellation of service: The customer agrees not to use the service offered incorrectly or in violation of these rules. In case of misuse of the server, Mr sl1d3r HOSTING reserves the right to cancel the service without any form of refund. In the event that the customer fails to make payment, the server will be suspended and, within 30 days from the date of suspension, will be automatically deleted from our systems. Also in case of non-payment, Mr sl1d3r HOSTING reserves the right to cancel the service without any form of refund.

Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the contents of their own server and compliance with these Terms of Service. Mr sl1d3r HOSTING is not responsible for the content posted by the client nor for any damages caused by the hosting service, including loss of data, service interruptions or consequential damages. The maximum liability of Mr sl1d3r HOSTING is limited to the cost of the hosting service paid by the customer.

Backup: Mr sl1d3r HOSTING backs up our customers' data (content, connection data and those related to IP addresses) regularly. However, the customer is required to backup the Logs for the duration required by applicable laws and regulations in order to limit damage, loss of files, memory, documents or any other items. In the event that the Provider's backup service fails, the customer by acceptance of this clause shall have no claim against the Provider.  The Provider shall be held harmless in the event of total or partial loss of data, due to any cause whatsoever.

Uptime guarantee: Mr sl1d3r HOSTING is committed to 99.9% uptime of our servers. In the event of service interruptions, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Data Ownership: The client retains ownership of the published data. Mr sl1d3r HOSTING has no ownership rights to the customer's data.

Right of withdrawal and refund: The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and refund within 14 days of payment by opening a ticket through our discord channel. In this case, the consumer will need to provide the transaction number, account details and server ID. Refund service may be refused at the discretion of Mr sl1d3r HOSTING. If approved, the refund will be credited to the person's account within 7 business days from the date of approval. The right of withdrawal meets the limits placed by Legislative Decree No. 185/99; in particular, it cannot be exercised if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's agreement before the expiration of 14 business days from the conclusion of this contract.

Security: To protect the security of our customers, Mr sl1d3r HOSTING will never ask for the customer's account password, even in case of assistance. Please protect your account by choosing a secure password and also using the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature to further increase the security of your account. In case of suspicion of account tampering, the customer is required to contact our support team immediately through the provided Discord channel. The customer is solely responsible for the security of their account and associated data, and Mr sl1d3r HOSTING will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of the customer's account.

Applicable Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Italy, where Mr sl1d3r HOSTING's registered office is located.

Terms of Service for Virtual Machine (VM) and Virtual Private Server (VPS)

Acceptance of Terms of Service: Use of Virtual Machine (VM) and Virtual Private Server (VPS) provided by Mr sl1d3r HOSTING implies acceptance of the following terms of service.

Suspicious Activity and Investigations: You acknowledge and agree that in the event of detection of suspicious activity, security anomalies, or violations of the Rules of Use, Mr sl1d3r HOSTING reserves the right to conduct investigations of the associated Virtual Machine (VM) or Virtual Private Server (VPS) without prior notification.

Suspicious Activity and Investigations: You acknowledge and agree that in the event of detection of suspicious activity, security anomalies, or violations of usage rules, Mr sl1d3r HOSTING reserves the right to conduct investigations of the associated Virtual Machine (VM) or Virtual Private Server (VPS) without prior notification. This includes, but is not limited to, checking for illegal, defamatory, pornographic, offensive, or copyright infringing content. In the event of such violations, Mr sl1d3r HOSTING reserves the right to take corrective action, including suspension or termination of service without any form of refund. You are responsible for the content hosted on your Virtual Machine (VM) or Virtual Private Server (VPS) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitations of User Opposition: The user understands that in emergency situations or to ensure the security and integrity of the services offered, Mr sl1d3r HOSTING may perform access and inspection of Virtual Machines (VMs) or Virtual Private Servers (VPSs) without requiring the user's prior consent.

Confidentiality of Information: Mr sl1d3r HOSTING is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding information obtained during investigations, limiting disclosure only to those parties closely involved in resolving security issues.

User Responsibilities: The user is required to abide by the established rules of use and cooperate with Mr sl1d3r HOSTING during the investigation by providing information requested to ensure the security and integrity of the service.

Termination of Service: In the event of a serious violation of the rules of use or if there is suspicious activity that jeopardizes the security of the system, Mr sl1d3r HOSTING reserves the right to terminate the service without any form of refund.

Use of the Virtual Machine (VM) and Virtual Private Server (VPS) services offered by Mr sl1d3r HOSTING implies understanding and acceptance of the above terms of service, including those related to suspicious activity and investigation.

Personal data processing and privacy protection

The master data provided by the customer to the Provider are used for administrative purposes only as well as for the fulfillment of legal obligations, as set forth in the Privacy Policy (General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 also known as RGDP or GDPR, and the Privacy Code ex D.lgs. 196/03 as amended by D.lgs. 101/2018).
